Booking Policy

As of December 1st 2024, we value your time and ask that you value ours. To ensure fair scheduling and accommodate all clients, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy:    1.    Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice:    •    If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the service fee will be charged.    2.    Cancellations with Less Than 12 Hours’ Notice:    •    If you cancel your appointment 12 hours within your scheduled service, 100% of the service fee will be charged.    3.    No-Call/No-Show Appointments:    •    If you do not call/show up for your scheduled appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged. These fees will be applied to the payment method on file or must be paid prior to booking future appointments. ​ The booking policy applies for bookings/vouchers via third-party platforms. The voucher is the source of payment. The voucher(s) are redeemed when scheduling the appointment. The voucher is forfeited if canceled less than 24 hours and/or no-call/no-show.
