Whether you're new to facials or a skincare enthusiast, our Introductory Facial at Relaxing Palms Massage and Beauty is the perfect way to elevate your skincare routine. This treatment will leave your skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated from a thorough double cleanse, analysis of the face, exfoliation, extractions, mask, LED therapy, and SPF application. Experience the ultimate relaxation and skincare experience with us. Product recommendation varies from client to client, please expect to budget for $100-250 in at-home care products. Payment options are available.
Cancellation Policy
As of December 1st 2024, we value your time and ask that you value ours. To ensure fair scheduling and accommodate all clients, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: • If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the service fee will be charged. 2. Cancellations with Less Than 12 Hours’ Notice: • If you cancel your appointment 12 hours within your scheduled service, 100% of the service fee will be charged. 3. No-Call/No-Show Appointments: • If you do not call/show up for your scheduled appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged. These fees will be applied to the payment method on file or will need to be paid prior to booking future appointments If you need to reschedule, please text us at 702-625-7115 or email us booking@relaxingpalmsmnb.com or log into your customer account before the 24 hours window.
